Tuesday Tidbits...

What better place then here? What better time then now?

* First and foremost a big congrats to Ms. Taylor today! As you may know she has been bogged down with work ever since she got backed to Charleston, working long days and taking a rather challenging class as well. However, her work load didn't stop her from getting a most excellent grade in her summer class! She normally gets great grades so it's not a total surprise, but considering the circumstances and the little amount of free time...it's pretty darn impressive. Good work, dear!

* Tonight at 9 p.m. est. "Shaq vs." makes its premiere on ABC. The Big Witness Protector takes on Ben Roethlisberger in football tonight. If this show is half as great as I think it's going to be, we're all in for a treat.

* Big news gang, everyone's favorite show is coming back on this Thursday! No "The O.C." isn't coming back on..."Project Runway" is finally making its return. Don't act all macho, everyone loves that show. Mainly because of Heidi...but also mainly because of Tim Gunn.

* Did anybody tune in to see ex-UofL QB Hunter Cantwell make his pro debut last night? Hunter led the Carolina Panthers on like an 80 yard game tying TD and 2pt conversion in the final 2 minutes of last night's preseason game. However, soon after the Giants punted back to the Panthers and Hunter took the ball on his own 25 with just over 5 seconds to play. He was getting ready to unload a Hail Mary when he was hit from behind and fumbled. The Giants naturally picked the ball up and ran it in for the game winning TD with no time on the clock.

UofL football is cursed.

* Speaking of UofL football. It's been confirmed that Greg Paulus will be the starting QB for Syracuse this year. Yes, this Greg Paulus:
Anything less then 4 sacks/roughing the passer penalties on November 14th will simply not stand. I hate that guy.

* In a report today Jennifer Lopez claimed that she is in-fact, "not a "diva." While that will remain debatable at best, I did learn of one sure-fire diva today...Brett Favre. Seriously, I love you Brett, you're an awesome guy...hang it up, go away and wait until you are eligible for the Hall of Fame. I'm tired of hearing about him and I'm sure Rachel Nichols is tired of standing on your lawn in Mississippi.

* There is a new Drunk History (vol. 4). I would post it on here but I haven't had a chance to see it yet and I don't want to post anything too over the line on the blog. Chances are I'll go home, laugh my head off and then post it later this week.

* I head to the Beach for a nice vacation (which includes mucho time with Taylor) in just over two weeks. I'm super pumped.

That's all for today folks.
